SHIPPING
Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email and SMS containing the tracking information for your shipment. The overall duration for the receipt of your order is outlined below:
The total delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until it reaches your destination. This total delivery time comprises two components: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time (1-2 days): This refers to the duration required to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse. It involves tasks such as item preparation, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping time (3-5 days): This represents the duration it takes for your item(s) to transit from our warehouse to your designated destination.
Furthermore, the transit duration is contingent on your location and the origin of your package. Delays in shipments may occur due to COVID-19 restrictions in specific regions. For further details, please reach out to our customer service, and we will promptly address your concerns.
Kindly be aware that shipping costs do not cover customs duties and other import commission charges for international orders (outside of India). Customers are responsible for these costs, and Pixelskinz does not offer reimbursement for them.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you discover any defects in the skin, such as fitting or glue issues, please send us images of the skins within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Following a thorough examination, we will discuss the matter with the buyer and proceed to ship a replacement if deemed necessary. The durability and fitting of the skin are greatly influenced by whether it has been applied correctly according to the instructions provided in the package.
Our utmost priority is not only delivering top-quality products but also providing exceptional support to our customers. Our team is available round the clock and is committed to ensuring timely resolution. If you encounter any fitting or print issues with your order, the Pixelskinz team will gladly replace it with a new one.
It has come to our attention that some individuals express their concerns on social media platforms in a manner that tarnishes Pixelskinz’s brand name without first discussing the matter with our team. We strongly condemn such actions, and necessary legal measures will be taken against such behavior.
For TWS and other electronic gadgets/chargers, if defects are identified, our team will facilitate a return pickup and refund the amount after verifying the product.
CANCELLATIONS
With the exception of any statutory rights of cancellation, once you have placed your order, cancellation is not possible. Due to the customized nature of Pixelskinz’s products, purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds may be issued for products that are damaged before delivery or if the product bears a custom logo or other artwork as per your request, and the actual design does not match the specified requirements.
In the event that your product appears to be damaged, please contact us promptly using the provided contact details. It’s important to note that once an order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, cancellation of the order and requests for a refund cannot be entertained.
Refund requests shall be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the buyer doesn’t receive the products they ordered within 15 days of ordering them (within India) from the date of placing the order.
- If Pixelskinz fails to ship the products that were ordered.
- If the shipping location is deemed unserviceable by our courier partner.
It is important to note that no refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. However, in case a customer has received damaged products, they shall be exchanged as soon as we are notified.
Returns will not be accepted if a customer wishes to return the product due to personal preferences or if the product does not meet their expectations. All products are individually made and customized upon receiving orders. Returns will not be accepted for minor design and color variations, as there may be some variation in color between online representations and actual products. Refunds will not be granted for packages that are returned without email confirmation.
UNDELIVERED GOODS
If an order does not successfully reach the provided delivery address within the recommended time frame, please use the contact information provided in the contact info section to notify us. We will collaborate with you to initiate a re-shipment process to ensure that you receive the product you paid for. Please note that we do not offer refunds for undelivered items, as the delivery process is beyond our control once the item has left our warehouse.
Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases:
- After three failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies due to incorrect address/contact details.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Refusal of the package by the recipient.
In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for paying INR 60 as return-to-origin (RTO) charges, which are incurred by the couriers for bringing the products back to our warehouse. The product will then be reshipped with the updated details. No refund requests or design change requests will be entertained under these circumstances.

Kindly be aware that shipping costs do not cover custom duty and other import commission charges for international orders (outside of India). These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Pixelskinz will not provide any reimbursement for them. In the event that a customer wishes to cancel the order under such circumstances, the refunded amount will be subject to deductions for shipping costs and return-to-origin (RTO) costs.
REPLACEMENTS/CANCELLATIONS
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to receive a replacement, you must return the initial package to us in an unused condition. Email us, providing the reason for your return and attaching necessary images of the product and the received package for verification. Once we confirm your request, please return the entire package. Please note that no replacements will be processed for packages that are returned without email confirmation.
Replacement reshipping will be initiated after the collection of a reshipping fee of Rs.120 per product (applicable to printed products, accessories, and skins), which is to be borne by the customer. For certain products like Laptops, MacBook’s, Sleeves (devices other than mobiles and earbuds), there will be a reshipping fee of Rs.220 per product (applicable to printed products and skins) collected from the customer, in order to resend the correct order.
Once we receive your returned package, we will soon start the refund process. It can take 1-2 business days for the refund to be processed. Once the refund has been processed, please allow 6-7 business days for it to reflect in your original payment source. In some cases, a customer may have to wait around 10-12 business days for their refund to be credited to their payment source.
Cancellation Policy for Non-Customized Products at Pixelskinz:
What constitutes non customized products at Pixelskinz?
Non-customized products at Pixelskinz are items that come in standard form and do not involve any personalized printing, customization, or unique manufacturing. Examples of Pixelskinz’s non-customized products include watch accessories, audio TWS covers, and cable protectors.
Cancellation before shipment:
To initiate a cancellation, customers are required to contact our customer support team via email at support@pixelskinz.com, providing their order details. If the cancellation request is received and processed before the shipment is initiated, a full refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method.
Customers can expect a full refund within 48-72 business working hours after the cancellation request has been duly processed by us.
Cancellation after shipment:
Kindly be aware that once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer feasible. We strongly advise customers to promptly reach out to our customer support team if they intend to cancel their order.
Can a customer change the product or the design after having placed the order?
If the order has not been shipped, customers can request a change in the product size, color, or design by sending an email to support@pixelskinz.com. However, it’s essential to note that orders are typically shipped within 2 working days.
If the order has already been shipped, and the customer desires to change the product size, design, or color, they will be responsible for covering the courier charges (Rs. 120/-) imposed by the company.
What happens if the customer refuses to accept the order?
If customers choose not to accept the parcel upon receiving it, they will be held responsible for the courier charges totaling Rs. 120/-. These courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the defective product by reaching out to our customer support team.
To expedite the resolution process, we kindly ask you to provide a video clearly displaying the defect.
Reshipping of a Defective Product:
Upon reviewing the video evidence and confirming the defect, we will proceed to reship the product to you without any additional charges.
The replacement product will be dispatched using the same shipping method as the original order.
