The total delivery time encompasses the period from when your order is placed to the moment it reaches your doorstep. This delivery timeline is further categorized into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time (1-2 days): This represents the duration required to prepare your item(s) for shipment from our warehouse. It involves tasks such as item preparation, quality checks, and packing for dispatch.
Shipping time (3-5 days): This denotes the time taken for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to the designated destination.
Furthermore, the transit time is contingent on your geographical location and the origin of your package. Defective Goods
Should you detect any flaws in the skin, such as fitting or adhesive issues, kindly email us images of the received skins within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Following a thorough assessment, we will engage in a discussion with the buyer and, if deemed necessary, dispatch a replacement. It’s important to note that the durability and proper fit of the skin are significantly influenced by adhering to the application instructions provided in the package.
Beyond our commitment to delivering top-quality products, our foremost priority is providing exceptional support to our customers. We are available 24/7 and are dedicated to ensuring tasks are completed promptly. Should you encounter any fitting or print issues with your order, the Pixelskinz team is more than willing to replace it.
We have observed instances where concerns are raised on social media platforms in a manner that tarnishes Pixelskinz’s brand name without first communicating with our team. Such actions are strongly discouraged, and in the event of such behavior, necessary legal remedies will be pursued. We encourage open communication to resolve any issues and uphold the integrity of the Pixelskinz brand.
Cancellations
With the exception of any legal rights to cancel, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Due to the personalized nature of Pixelskinz’s products, purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds may be issued for products damaged prior to delivery or in instances where the product bears a custom logo or artwork not matching the requested design.
If you observe damage to your product, please contact us promptly using the provided contact details. It’s important to note that once an order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway, cancellation requests and refund demands cannot be accommodated.
Refund requests will only be entertained under the following circumstances:
- If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 15 days from the order date within India.
- In the event of [website link] failing to ship the ordered products.
- In case the shipping location is not serviced by our courier partner.
Refund requests will not be considered for damaged products. Upon notification of damaged products, we will promptly exchange them. We do not accept returns if a customer wishes to return a product due to personal preferences, such as not liking it after delivery or feeling that it doesn’t meet expectations, given that all products are custom-made upon order placement.
Returns will not be accepted for minor design and color variations, as some differences in color between online images and physical products are inevitable. Refunds will not be issued for packages returned without prior email confirmation.
Undelivered Goods
If your order does not reach the provided delivery address within the specified time-frame, please utilize the contact information provided and inform us. We will collaborate with you to initiate a re-shipment process, ensuring that you receive the product you purchased. Please note that we do not offer refunds for undelivered items, as the delivery process is beyond our control once the item has left our warehouse.
Refunds will not be issued in the following instances:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided.
- After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our courier agencies due to incorrect address/contact details.
- Package refused by the recipient.
In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for paying INR 60 as Return to Origin (RTO) charges imposed by the couriers for returning the products to our warehouse. The product will then be reshipped with the updated details. Please note that no refund requests or design change requests will be accommodated under these circumstances.

Replacements for Incorrectly Placed Orders
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product and seek a replacement, please return the initial package to us in unused condition. Send us an email stating the reason for your return and attach necessary images of the product and the received package for verification. Upon confirmation of your request, return the entire package. Note that no replacements will be processed for packages returned without email confirmation.
For the reshipment of the correct order, a reshipping fee of Rs.120 will be charged and borne by the customer. For specific products such as Laptops, MacBook’s, Sleeves (devices other than mobiles and earbuds), there will be a re-shipping fee of Rs.220 collected from the customer to resend the correct order.
Upon receiving your returned package, refunds will be processed within 1-2 business days. Allow 6-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment source. In some cases, it may take approximately 10-12 business days for the refunds to be credited to your payment source. Please note that refunds or replacements for incorrectly placed orders are not available for international orders.
